Rat rods, hot rods and choppers aplenty for your lady to lean on this weekend at The Choppers 2009 Rods and Customs Show in the burbs of Cleveland.

The club, started in 1956, is celebrating their fourth year at the Soccer Sportsplex by filling three arenas with the classics. They’ve created a welcoming an learning environment for guests involved in the rockabilly, psychobilly, ratrod style customs, tattoos and kustom kulture scenes, not just those who know how to fix a cam shaft. Some members of the club have been in since the 50’s and 60’s making it a very diverse group with ages ranging from 30 to 70+. The cars also have quite a range – from the Model A to the most modern 6 second dragster. The annual show is a magnet for photographers, models, musicians and tattoo artists – those needing neutral territory to talk to seasoned professionals on, should get their donker out and meet them.

April 3 – 5th
Soccer Sportsplex in Olmsted, OH

Teaser: This week’s featured artist can be found frequenting car shows in Buffalo, Cleveland and the great white North. See below for painfully sexy rods.
