Kicking off Friday the 13th, through Sunday, slayers, slashers and stabbers will congregate at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill for a bloody Saint Patty’s weekend at Monster Mania 12. Fairuza Balks agreed to keep an eye out for any trespassing Jersey girls trying to get their gold grubbing claws into Travis Van Winkle.
Monster Mania Con promises to play host to Lance Henriksen, Alice Cooper, Walter Phelan, Rochelle Davis and Chris Carnel, to name a few, and seems to group its guests stars into rockers, killer, victims, wrestlers, and dog rescuers. Each group can be found in a designated area, so whether you like to play the victim, or daydream of a Saturday spent slaughtering, you’ll be surrounded with like-minded individuals.
Merch stands will be stationed around the Plaza for your convenience, and Shocker Toys will be selling a limited smokey Scud and smokey Maxx Monster Mania convention exclusive action figure featuring the MM logo on the package. We’d recommend finding a different crash pad though, a weekend at this joint will set you back more than the price of MM VIP tickets.
