We’re late! …with pictures from last weekend’s Cash bash in Charlotte at Puckett’s Farm Equipment. Greensboro’s The Tremors started Saturday night off with a jolt; lead singer Jimmy Tremor remained straight faced and straight laced as he bellowed Cash’s “Wreck of the Old 97.”

Stand-up drummer Bernie Fox follows up with a high octane performance in The Straight 8’s. His contorted expressions and twisted milkman attire were a great compliment to his run and jump antics. This band has the chops to pull off a true Cash tribute.

Of course Atlanta’s Rocket 350 always steals the show. Gary Burney ranks high on the list of get up, get down, get in the crowd bass players in the world of Rockabilly, and he loves the camera too.
