I continually find Elizabeth Gilbert completely inspiring, regardless if our writing styles are one hundred percent different. She has a presence and confidence that few artists have. In the video below, she gives a TED talk on the best practices of nurturing creativity and the things in life that keep her motivated. (side note: if you aren’t subscribed to TED talks, you’re sorely lacking, you putz!) An honest to goodness talk without the impossible goals.
